Sales Tax
Amazingmuffins.com only charges sales tax in Nevada at
a 7.5% rate.
Privacy
We do not release the names and information of our customers
to any third party.
Returns
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order
arrives damaged at its destination address. Claims must be made within
1 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the
shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Restrictions
At this time, Amazingmuffins.com ships only to locations
within the continental USA and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international
destinations or to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Info
We ship via Fedex. We ship most orders between 24-48
hours after we receive your order. We will notify you of any delays, as
some locations require special shipping considerations. We ship Nationwide
2 day at no charge.
Special Shipping
For Next Day Shipping Service, we charge a shipping fee
of $22.00. Orders must be received no later then 11 am PST for next day
deliveries.
Arrival date is guaranteed only when you select next
day service via Fedex. There is no arrival date guarantee on Fedex 2 Day
service. The day of ship origination is not considered a travel day. Express
orders placed on the internet must arrive in our office before 11:00am
PST to ship the next business day. Orders arriving after 11am will ship
the following business day. Orders placed after 11am PST on Thursdays
and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following
business day, which is usually Monday. If it is urgent that the order
ships the same day, email sales@amazingmuffins.com
or call our office 8am-1 pm PST Monday-Friday. We can confirm if it is
possible to ship the same day so you can be assured of the delivery arriving
when you wish.
Please confirm if you can, that the recipient will be
available to receive their package. Consider sending it to their business
address.
You are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Undeliverable packages
will be billed, including refused deliveries, receivers being unavailable
for three attempted deliveries, and incorrect addresses. Undeliverable
packages that are returned are non-refundable.
Late Delivery
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company
delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to
delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Orders placed after 11:00 am, Monday through Friday,
will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will be shipped
the following business day.
We only guarantee the delivery to the address given and
not to the recipient.
Undeliverable Packages
Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect
information,or recipient no longer at address, which is then returned
to Amazingmuffins.com, will not be refunded and will only by re-shipped
at customer’s request and cost.
Fedex will deliver the package at the delivery address,
unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure.
If this happens, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the
package at the Fedex facility. If delivery does not happen and the package
is not picked up, the perishable package will be sent back to Amazingmuffins.com,
will not be refunded and will onlyby re-shipped at customers request and
cost.
For Hospital Deliveries
You must specify a room number. We are not responsible
for gifts once they arrive at the hospital loading dock. It is solely
the responsibility of the hospital to arrange delivery to a specific room.
For Hotel Deliveries
You must specify a room number as well as provide the
hotel phone number. We are not responsible for deliveries after they arrive
to the hotel. It is solely the responsibility of the hotel to get the
package to the hotel guest.
College/Hospital/Hotel Notice
When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we
guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college,
hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package
to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving
department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
Returns
Since our products are perishable we cannot take a return
on any item. If an item does come back for any reason and needs to be
re-shipped, we will not use the same products and will chargefor new products
to be used in the re-shipment. This is a safety issue and it is important
that the recipient receives fresh products.
